Seller and products

These terms cover orders at PremCanvas.com. The seller is DV Marketing LTD, VAT BG203491300, ul. "Professor Benyo Tsonev" 2, 1517 Sofia, Bulgaria. Contact info@premcanvas.com or +359 884 505 011.

PremCanvas offers complete canvas prints. Choose the size and material shown on the product page: standard canvas (CP) or premium cotton canvas (CC). Room mockups illustrate the artwork; the selected dimensions and material describe the product supplied. Screen colours may differ slightly from print.

Orders and payment

You can order without an account. Provide accurate contact and delivery details. An order acknowledgement confirms receipt of your offer; the contract is concluded on dispatch unless we expressly accept it earlier. If an item cannot be supplied, we will inform you and refund its payment.

Checkout shows currency, taxes, delivery and total before purchase. Available payment methods depend on your selected delivery option. Cash on delivery is offered with a corresponding COD delivery method, whose price includes the fee. Product prices include applicable VAT where indicated.

Production and delivery

Standard production normally takes 2–3 business days, plus delivery. Destinations, rates and estimates are explained in our Shipping policy. Contact us about delay, loss or transport damage.

Returns and defects

Our Return and refund policy explains standard canvas returns, additional PremCanvas return periods, refunds and defect claims. Statutory withdrawal and legal guarantee rights remain. Clearly personalised canvas may be excluded from change-of-mind returns; standard catalogue printing after an order is placed is not automatically personalised.

Privacy and complaints

Our Privacy policy describes personal data handling. Contact us with your order number to resolve a complaint. Bulgarian law applies without limiting mandatory consumer rights in your country. EU consumer redress information is available at consumer-redress.ec.europa.eu.
