Production and dispatch

Canvas orders are normally produced and prepared for dispatch within 2–3 business days. Weekends and public holidays are excluded. Delivery time is additional.

Delivery methods and charges

Available destinations, delivery methods and final charges are shown at checkout before you place the order. Bulgarian deliveries use Speedy, with an estimated 1–2 business days after dispatch. International delivery depends on the destination and selected service.

Cash on delivery is available only with the corresponding COD delivery option; its displayed charge includes the COD fee. Any free-delivery threshold applies only where offered at checkout.

Tracking and assistance
